Commitment to Your Health & Safety

Your health and safety are always a priority for us. As HMP Global moves forward with a return to in-person events, we continue to closely monitor the guidance released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with state and local governments to comply with current guidelines and ensure that we provide an environment that is as safe as possible for our participants and staff.

Clark County Mitigation Measures

The CDC and Clark County encourages attendees to be vaccinated but will not be requiring proof of vaccination status.

What is PACS' 2021 Facemask Policy

PACS is excited to bring professionals together again. As we gather, we must do so wisely, remembering our responsibility to each other and to our patients. Consistent with the City of Las Vegas, all meeting participants are required to wear masks indoors. Masks may be removed for eating and drinking. Faculty may remove their masks when delivering their presentations if they are 12’ from the first row of attendees.

Will social distancing be implemented?

PACS encourages attendees to spread out when possible. Please refrain from handshakes and embracing as an extra precaution and continue to follow all CDC guidelines. Consider using digital alternatives to share contact information. Ample hand sanitizer stations will be available; please wash your hands often, cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or elbow, and stay home if you are sick.

How will meeting rooms be set up?

Meeting rooms will have a combination of classroom, banquet and theater seating depending on the session. When possible, extra seats will be set in the meeting rooms so that attendees have the flexibility to spread out at the tables and chairs in the session rooms to the extent to which they are comfortable.

PACS 2021: Creating A Safer Event

We all have a role to play:

Las Vegas

Las Vegas is making every effort to provide a clean and safe meeting place. Please view the video below for more details.

PACS

PACS is altering some plans to provide a safe environment during its event. This includes spacing out some events and activities, providing more breaks for cleaning, and limiting touchpoints.

You

We consider you an equal partner in the safety of this event. Do not attend if you are feeling ill. Limit physical contact with others while at the event. Use hand sanitizer regularly.
